The fishery harbours at Rakhyut are designed to have onshore support facilities and berthing for a range of fishing vessels. A Detail Design Development process was implemented for the buildings and other infrastructure necessary for conducting day-to-day harbour activities. The scales of these fully functional harbours range from an area of 3.76 ha (Kumzar) to a vast 23.26 ha (Mahout).
