DesignFakt India Pvt. Ltd. is an architecture and engineering studio based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Founded in 2015, the practice has built an extensive body of work across transit infrastructure, civic architecture, waterfront design, bridges, and residential projects.

Our approach dissolves the boundary between architecture and engineering. Structure is not a constraint to be disguised — it is the primary medium of expression. Every project begins with a precise reading of place, programme, and material, and ends with a built artifact that endures.

Over a decade, we have delivered more than 100 projects across India and Oman, working with MMRDA, IL&FS, NMRDA, MGIRI, and government bodies at every scale.

Listen

Every project begins with a thorough reading of site, climate, programme, and the people who will inhabit the space. We do not impose a language — we find the one that belongs.

Resolve

Architecture and engineering are co-resolved from the first sketch. Structure, material, and light are designed together — never in sequence.

Build

We remain present through construction. The drawing is a hypothesis — the building is the proof. We treat the site as a laboratory.

Endure

We design for the long arc of time. Materials are chosen for their honesty and resilience. What we build should outlast the architects who designed it.
